Falashe Olasumbo Rafiat is a professional with experience that span over 21years in the insurance industry cutting across Life and General business and in-depth competences in underwriting and operation. Mrs Olasumbo is a resilient and good team player with ability to influence peers and colleagues to achieve desired goals.
After her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) she joined Leadway Assurance Company Limited, she worked in various capacities from team member in life department, team lead in transportation unit, Head branch technical operation at Opebi office and thereafter to team lead technical branch operation.
A graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic, Olasumbo has HND in Insurance, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD} in Financial Management and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in International Business Management at the Lagos State University (LASU).
She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) and holds a Certificate course in Pension Administration.
She attended various courses, Life Reassurance Technical workshop organized by Munich Mauritius Reinsurance, Self-development program by Regenesys Business School, Leadership and team development by IBM and lots of in-house organized courses.
