Femi has over 30 years of professional experience in the Life Insurance business spanning Underwriting and Claims, Product Development, Customer Service, Pension, and Agency Operations. He joined AIICO in 1987 in the Life Underwriting Unit and rose to the level of the Head, Life Retail Technical, Sales and Agency Operations and anchored ‘Insurance On The Move’, a Radio program initiated by AIICO Insurance Plc to educate the public about Insurance. He joined ARM Life Plc in March 2018 as Executive Director (Technical) being part of a team that transformed the retail line of business in the company. He joined Enterprise Life Nigeria Limited in September 2020 as Executive Director (Technical) and exited December 2023.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).
An Associate of the Nigeria Institute of Management, and holds a B. A in English Language and a degree in Law.
He has an MSc in International Business from the University of Salford, Manchester.
