Samuel is a legal practitioner of over 20 years with vast work experience in the manufacturing and financial sectors.
He possess extensive practical experience as Corporate Counsel, Company Secretary – maintaining Company’s Corporate Secretariat, and working with Company’s Board of Directors in shaping the policies and strategic focus of the Company.
He has significant experience in Labour and Industrial Relations, extensive practice and experience in the administration of Human Resources, excellent grounding in Business Continuity Management process, strong foundation in legal practice with emphasis in Compliance, Corporate Governance and International Commercial Transaction.
Samuel has an HND Secretarial Studies from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, LLB & LLM from the Lagos State University, and was called to bar in year 2003. He is a member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
He is currently the Managing Partner, Sam, Kunle Oduroye & Co., a firm of Legal Practitioners, AML/CFT consultants.
