Oladipo was born on 8th April 1969. He started his primary education at L.A. Primary School Imo-Ilesa in 1975, He had his Secondary education at Three secondary Schools namely: Christ School, Ado -Ekiti, Akure High School, Akure Ondo State and Iropora High School, Iroprora -Ekiti between 1981 and 1989. He is an alumus of Lagos state Polytechnic where he obtained HND Upper Credit in Insurance, Lagos State University for his Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Management & Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business Management. He is also an alumnus of Joseph Ayo Babalola University where he obtained another first and Second degree (B.Sc. & M.Sc. Insurance & Risk Management) respectively.
Oladipo started permanent employment as Reinsurance officer in 1992 at Sun Insurance (Nigeria) Plc In 1996 he was transferred to Ikeja Branch of the Company where he worked till 1998 and was again transferred to Kano Branch to assist the Branch Manager. In 1999, he resigned his appointment and came back to Lagos and Started work with Allied Trust Insurance Brokers Limited as Manager where he was able to showcase his vast knowledge in all aspect of insurance ranging from Underwriting, Claims Administration and Marketing, there he was able to acquire knowledge in Insurance Broking. Oladipo worked meritoriously in this Broking Firm for good solid 7 years with robust relationship with his boss and the Managing Director and left the Broking firm as Senior Manager.
In year 2006, he Co-founded Tribute Insurance Brokers Limited. Mr Oladipo is proud holder of the following academic qualifications OND, HND, PGD, MBA, B.SC and M.SC. He is currently undertaking a Doctorate Degree program ( PhD) in Risk Management and Insurance at Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos. Professional bodies membership He is also an associate, Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) Full Member, Institute of strategic Management of Nigeria. Associate Counci of Registered Insurance Brokers of Nigeria (ACIB) Oladipo is a Member, Board of trustees Softhelp Poverty Alleviation and Economic Empowerment Foundation (An NGO organization) Oladipo is married to Dr (Mrs) Iretioluwa Modupeola Dipo-Fagbemi and they are blessed with 3 boys
